Returns Policy

You may return most items within 21 days of delivery for a full refund.
You may NOT return earrings due to hygiene, and items that are purchased on Sale or Clearance.

Refunds in regards to our Free Shipping Policy

If you elect to return items that you have changed your mind on, and your initial order qualified for Free Shipping or a fixed $10 shipping rate, you will be charged the initial postage cost of sending those items out to you.

This simply covers us being out of pocket as you elected to change your mind on the purchase. We will only charge you what Australia Post charges us.

Refunds in regards to your Afterpay order

If you elected to pay for your order with Afterpay, you will be charged a 5% restocking fee of the total of your order (including shipping costs) upon return of goods.

Refunds in regards to your zipPay order

If you elected to pay for your order with zipPay, your items must be returned within the 21 day return period, and you will NOT be charged a restocking fee, unless your return pertains to our "Refunds in regards to our Free Shipping Policy".

You should expect to receive your refund within a few days of us receiving your item.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

Domestic Shipping
We use Australia Post to ship all our orders both domestically and Internationally. We charge you what Australia Post charges us, plus a 50c handling charge. We do have a bulit in shipping calculator that loads at the bottom of the cart page, if you'd like to check your shipping costs.
You can choose from standard, registered, express post or large letter shipping options. Most have tracking options, except for the large letter option, but you can add a registered post label and sign for your delivery when it arrives.

If you qualify for the $10 or FREE shipping option, in most instances I will express post your order. If the item is bulky and will not fit in my standard Aus Post prepaid satchels, you will have to pay regular shipping costs due to cubage. This very rarely happens. I will notify you by email or phone if the problem arises.

International Shipping
If you are located outside of Australia, this page will show you information about the shipping options available to you via Australia Post.
Please note that the smallest parcel we can ship is up to 100gms.

International Standard Airmail

Standard Air Mail is a standard service accommodating letters and parcels up to 20kg, which can be relied on to deliver your items within 6+ business days at an economical rate. This option DOES provide tracking of your parcel.

    Express Post International Parcels

    Express Post International Parcels offers priority handling, basic tracking where available, and a signature on delivery, with 2-4 days between major Metropolitan areas.

    International Courier

    This is the most expensive option available, but also the fastest offering delivery within 1-2 business days between major metro areas, tracking and you can add extra cover for loss or damage.
